Albert Howard Kemp, formerly of Florissant, Missouri passed away at his home on February 15, 2016. Albert was born in Port Huron, Michigan on October 5, 1928.
Albert served in the newly created U.S. Air Force from 1947 to 1951, trained and assigned as an aircraft mechanic, had a successful post-military career with Republic Aviation, McDonnell-Douglas and Boeing as an aircraft logistics design engineer.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harry A. Kemp and his mother, Evella (nee Barthel) Kemp, both of Port Huron, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Suzanne Toliver Kemp of Florissant, Missouri. He is survived by son Raymond H. Kemp of Saint Charles, Missouri; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Sandra Kemp of Spring Bay, Illinois; son and daughter-in-law Scott and Laura Kemp of Saint Charles, Missouri; grandchildren Karen Moss, Jennifer Kemp, Kayla and Sarah Kemp, Emma Wright and Lucas Kemp of Saint Charles, Missouri; Jennifer Kemp of Troy, Missouri; Jeremiah, Hezekiah and Gabriellia Kemp of Spring Bay, Illinois; Isabella and Anastasia Kemp of Woodbridge, Virginia; Michael Dane Kemp of Phoenix, Arizona; great-grandchildren Delia and Jack Moss, Hayden, Mila and Elaina Crews, Zoe Shepherd and Addison Pitchfork of St. Charles, Missouri; sister-in-laws Nancy Belknap of Temecula, California and Janet T. Moskal of Denver, Colorado.
