Arleen Theresa Brabant

Arleen Theresa Brabant, aged 87, of Roseville, Michigan, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. She was born on August 31, 1938.

Arleen was a cherished wife to Donald Brabant for 65 years. She took great pride in being a loving mother to her five children: Anne (Gary), Marty (Rhonda), Mark, Theresa (Frank), and Matthew (Michele). Arleen’s legacy lives on through her beloved grandchildren—Jessica, Tim, Justin, Chad, Courtney, Kyle, and Nicole—as well as her cherished great-grandchildren, Finley, Frankie, Marshall, and Dakota.

A woman who embraced life with joy, Arleen cherished her annual vacations at Paradise Lake in Carp Lake, MI. Her passions included swimming, visiting the casino, and hosting holiday gatherings, where her remarkable cooking—especially her renowned Polish dishes—and baking brought family and friends together. She found happiness in working bingo and nurturing her vegetable and flower gardens. A true animal lover, Arleen had a special affinity for dogs.

In her own words, Arleen expressed:

 “Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that’s how I’ll remember you all. If you cannot remember me with smiles and laughter, then don’t remember me at all. Love, Mom.”

In celebration of her wonderful life, a Memorial Gathering will take place in the Spring. Arleen will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched.
