Betty Ann Brown

Betty Ann Brown passed away peacefully on March 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 8, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan, Betty Ann was a dedicated real estate office manager, cherishing her 35-year career in Grosse Pointe. Her work allowed her to forge lasting and meaningful friendships within the community that she adored.

She proudly attended St. Ambrose parish and school in Grosse Pointe Park alongside her four siblings, laying a foundation of connection and support that would last throughout her life. Known for her warm and loving demeanor, Betty Ann had a remarkable gift for hosting family gatherings and entertaining those she held dear. Her family meant the world to her. 

Betty Ann is survived by her children, Jeffrey Brown (Tracy), Patti Meldrum (Marty), and Joni Gerardi (Joe). She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by her husband Ronald, Betty Ann's legacy will live on through her children and grandchildren who loved her deeply. 

A funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on March 17, 2025, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan. The service will begin at 10:00 a.m., preceded by a brief visitation at 9:30 a.m.
