Brenda Rae Delargey

Brenda Rae Delargey (née Wismer), 69, of Warren, Michigan, passed away on February 4, 2025, just weeks after the love of her life, Kenneth “Corky” Delargey. Her passing marks the end of a lifetime of unwavering kindness, selflessness, and love.

Brenda was the most incredibly caring and patient person. She had a rare gift for making people feel seen, heard, and valued. She was a friend to everyone, offering comfort, a nonjudgmental ear, and support to those who needed it. She instinctively knew what people needed and often gave it before they even asked.

Her greatest devotion was to her family. She and Corky were married for 52 years. When he became disabled, she cared for him with unwavering dedication, never leaving his side.

Brenda is survived by her two children, Donna Mirabella (Carmen) and Kenny Delargey (Jesse), and her five beloved grandchildren: Carmen (19), Vinny (16), Leo (13), Giada (9), and Francesca “Frankie” (1).

Brenda’s warmth, generosity, and quiet strength inspired everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.

A combined memorial service will be held to honor both Brenda and Corky, celebrating the incredible lives they lived and the love they shared.
