Beloved husband of Darlene for 73 years; devoted father of the late Rick (Patty) Danielak, Laura Danielak-Duda, and Carol (Jimmy) Nadolski; cherished grandfather of Jaime (Steve), Marc (Leanne), Tim (Nina), Chris (Jessica), Lindsey (Moussa), Haley, CJ, and Logan; proud great-grandfather of Alexa (Alex), Brett, Milania, Nico, Roman, Elliana, Beckham, Autumn, Charlie, and Willow; and treasured great-great-grandfather of Rhys and Stassi.

He is predeceased by his brother, Richard (Rose) Danielak and his sister, Donna (Woody) Price. He is survived by his sister, Lorraine Linkewitz and many loving nieces and nephews.

Charles, affectionately known as “Chuck,” was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1934 to the late Walter and Ada Danielak. He grew up in Roseville, Michigan, where he met his beloved wife, “Dar”, and together they raised their three children. He worked as a wood pattern maker at Chrysler for 42 years. Chuck was a hardworking man and a perfectionist who could fix just about anything. He loved the outdoors and built a lakefront home in West Michigan, where he and his family created cherished memories for nearly 50 years. He also took great pride in maintaining a beautiful home and yard in Macomb Township, where he enjoyed spending time with his family. Chuck and Dar also spent 10 years in Florida as “snowbirds,” where they made many wonderful friends. And, it wouldn’t be complete without mentioning that he loved an ice-cold beer or two after a hard day’s work!

Chuck was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a sweet, silly grandpa who adored the little ones! He was the salt of the earth and will be forever missed by his loving family.
