Connie Lee Todd

Connie Lee Todd, age 74, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026.

Born on November 3, 1951, in Hazard, Kentucky, to the late Virgil and Pauline Perkins, Connie moved to Hazel Park, Michigan, at a young age and remained deeply rooted in the community she called home.

Connie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose life was rooted in faith, family, and love. She found joy in camping, spending time outdoors, and appreciating the beauty of God’s creation. She especially cherished shopping trips with her mother and treasured every moment spent with her family.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Arlis Todd; her children, Candace Kidd, Jeffery Todd, and Jason Todd; her grandchildren, Nathan Todd, Christian Todd, Katrina Todd, and Britney Reilly; her great-granddaughters, Wrenley and Octavia Escobar; her niece, Monica Ward; her nephew, Chuck Ward; and many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Pauline Perkins; her sister, Charlotte Locklear; her oldest brother, Walter Perkins; her grandson, Nicholas Kidd; and her parents-in-law, Ray and Lois Todd.

Though her family will miss her deeply, they find peace in knowing she is resting in the presence of the Lord she loved so faithfully.

In accordance with Connie’s wishes, no formal services will be held. Her family will honor and remember her privately, carrying her love and memory with them always.
