Donna Dee Hart, beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the community, passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on November 9, 2023, in Warren, Michigan. She was born on May 23, 1939, in Detroit, Michigan to Marvin and Nina Streng.

Donna devoted over 40 years of her life to Clintondale Schools in Child Care services. Her dedication and passion for nurturing children left an indelible impact on countless lives. She was a guiding presence for numerous young minds, providing them with love and support during their formative years. Donna's commitment to her work extended beyond the classroom as she also coached her daughter and friends' softball teams. She instilled a love for the game in those she mentored and cultivated friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Donna attended Detroit Pershing High School, where she laid the foundation for her future success as a compassionate caregiver. Her education played a vital role in shaping her empathetic nature and unwavering commitment to others.

Known by many as a mother and grandmother figure, Donna's door was always open to those in need of refuge. Her home served as a sanctuary for those seeking solace, comfort, or simply a place to belong. She graciously welcomed anyone into her life with open arms and an open heart.

When Donna wasn't caring for others or working tirelessly in the school system, she found joy in spending time with her family at their lakefront house at Clear Lake in West Branch Michigan. These summer retreats were filled with laughter and cherished memories as they enjoyed the serenity of the lake together.

In her leisure time, Donna loved playing cards with family and friends. These spirited games brought everyone closer as they engaged in friendly competition and shared countless laughs. Her grandkids held a special place in her heart, and she relished every moment spent playing games and creating treasured family traditions with them.

Additionally, Donna enjoyed strolling through craft shows with her friends. She delighted in exploring the intricate workmanship of various artisans, admiring their creativity and skill. These outings were a source of inspiration for her own artistic pursuits and allowed her to connect with like-minded individuals who shared her passion for craftsmanship.

Donna's memory lives on through the many lives she touched and the love she bestowed upon her family. She is survived by her sons, William Hart IV, Charles (Marnie) Hart, Jack Hart, daughters Vicki Hart and Lori (Tony) Pirrone. She also leaves behind cherished grandchildren Tawny Craner, Taylor Hart, Kaylynn Hart, Samantha Winder, Shelby Pirrone, and Jada Winder. Donna is predeceased by her brother Robert Lee Streng, and her son, Edward Hart.

Her legacy will forever be remembered as a beacon of love and compassion. Donna Dee Hart will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing this remarkable woman.
