Dorothy Amy Dillon

Dorothy Amy Dillon (nee: Muelhoefer) passed away on April 6, 2023 surrounded by her family in her home in Clinton Township, Michigan.

Dorothy was born January 19, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Rudolf C. Muelhoefer and Dorothy H. Coyle.

In her adult life, Dorothy spent a significant amount of time working 22 years for TACOM as a Procurement Technician. During this time, she was quite successful in her career as she received several awards. These awards were received from the US Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command for being a person of exceptional support and performance over the years.

When she was outside of work, Dorothy loved spending time being with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and even a great great granddaughter. She was known to always have Christmas goodies ready and never ever missed a birthday. She loved all things Unicorns and Cardinals and when it was time for games, she enjoyed playing solitaire, watching golf, her loved Detroit Lions and College Football. During all of these things, she could be found eating her favorite Little Caesars Pizza.

She is predeceased by her parents, Rudolf and Dorothy along with her siblings, Carl and David Muelhoefer and her sister in law, Wilma.

Dorothy is survived by her Children, Robert (Kim) Dillon, Katherine Reynolds, and Deborah (David) Schebil. She is also survived by all her grandchildren, great grand-children and great great granddaughter. Additional survivor includes her Sister in Law, Carol.
