Gloria Marie Reynolds

Gloria Marie Reynolds passed away on May 4th, 2023, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family.

Gloria was born on March 13,1933 to the late Dorothy Hoxter in Baltimore Maryland.

Gloria was smitten by a handsome man in uniform, who eventually became her husband. On July 15th 1955 they became man and wife. Gloria and Edwin moved to the Detroit area soon after their wedding.

Gloria was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She also enjoyed crafting such as ceramics, needlepoint, and cross stitch.

Many of her family's memories stem from spending time in Tionesta, Pennsylvania at their cabin called "the shanty".  

Gloria is predeceased by Edwin, her husband of 67 years.

Gloria is survived by Michael, Diane (Dale), Laura (Steve), and Dawn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kelly, Brandon, Derek, Symone, Owen, Silas, Lexie, Haley, Jacob, and great-grandchildren; Jude, Ella, Addy, and Braxton.  

Gloria was a spitfire to be around, and she would always tell it like it was.  She will be greatly missed.
