James David Davis

James David Davis passed away peacefully at home with loving care from his family.

James was born to Henry and Lillian (nee Szymanski) Dopierala on December 30, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan.

James is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Sharleen R. Davis; his children James (Karen) Davis Jr, Shari (Troy) Bridger, and Nicholas (Dayna) Davis; his grandchildren Steven (Roxanne) Davis, Brett (Courtney) Davis, Gabriela Davis, Joseph Davis, and Ryan (Danielle) VanWyck; great-grandchildren Avery VanWyck and Kaelynn Davis; and by his siblings Gerald (Nancy) Dopierala and David Dopierala.

He was predeceased by his parents Henry and Lillian Dopierala; his son Michael Davis; and his siblings Donald Dopierala, Joan Tremblay, Margaret Dopierala, and Michael Dopierala.

A private celebration of life is being planned by his loving family.
