Jeffrey Lewis Haney

Jeffrey Lewis Haney, aged 62, of Roseville, Michigan, passed away on March 3, 2026.

Born on February 10, 1964, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, Jeff was the cherished son of the late Barbara Wilene Logan (Barger) and John L. Haney. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years, Susan Haney (LaRouche). Jeff leaves behind two wonderful children, Tyler Haney and his wife Freyja of Warren, and Amber Haney of Roseville. He is also survived by his two sisters, Cheryl Bruns (Teichow) of Michigan and Kiley Debusschere (Logan) of Roseville.

Jeff was a dedicated Semi Truck Driver for many years, embracing the open road with enthusiasm. He had a wide array of interests, including a deep fondness for Star Trek, camping adventures with his family, astronomy, classic cars, sci-fi movies, and cooking. Jeff had a lifelong green thumb that he inherited from his mother and continued the interest throughout his life. With a talent for creativity, he could turn his visions into reality, whether crafting a unique frankenbike, building a dog house, or working on a science project. His passion for Halloween made him the best Halloween dad, and he was always eager to try new recipes in the kitchen. Camping trips were filled with excitement and joy, reflecting his adventurous spirit.

Jeff will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
