John Lee Huffman

John Lee Huffman of Warren, Michigan, age 80, passed away at Henry Ford Hospital in Clinton Township, surrounded by his loving family.

John was born June 9, 1946, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Charles and Wilma Huffman. He moved to Michigan for employment, where he met his wife, Sandra Marie Jenuwine. They were married on January 24, 1969, at St. Clemens Catholic Church in Centerline and enjoyed 56 wonderful years of marriage together.

John is survived by his beloved wife, Sandra Huffman of Warren; his three children, John (Edie) Huffman of Chelsea, Lynn (Eric) Gibson of Warren, and James (Dionne) Huffman of Warren; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sister, Linda McClure of Kimball Township, Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Wilma Huffman, his brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Barbara Huffman and his brother-in-law Stan McClure.

John enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cowboy movies and spending time with his family. He also had a love for classic cars and took great pride in his 1956 Pontiac.

John was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His family will always cherish the stories he shared, his hard work and the memories he created with those he loved. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
