Judith Ann Olszewski

September 13, 1950 — March 23, 2026

National City, Michigan

Judith Ann “Judy” Olszewski, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2026.

Judy was born in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, grew up in Clinton Township, Michigan and retired to a home on Sand Lake in National City, Michigan in 2007.

She will be remembered for her warm heart, strong spirit, and deep love for her family. In her younger years, Judy embraced life with energy and adventure—playing baseball, climbing trees, and fishing with her siblings. She later devoted her life to her family as a wife and mother, roles she cherished deeply.

After many years as a stay-at-home mom, Judy worked at Unlimited Ideas Advertising in Clinton Township, where she served as General Office Director. She took pride in her work and in the relationships she built throughout her career.

In her free time, Judy enjoyed knitting, quilting, cross-stitch, playing pinochle, and camping throughout Michigan. She had an amazing green thumb and found joy in caring for her plants and creating beauty around her. Judy also had a special fondness for her 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, which she wouldn’t part with—and she was known to never lose a game of euchre.

She is survived by her husband, Michael; her son, Michael Jr. (Justine); her daughter, Michelle (Matthew) Ulewicz; six grandchildren—Trevor, Sydney (Kyle), Jordan (David), Gavin, Gabrielle, and Megan; and one great-grandchild, Landon.

Judy is now at peace, reunited with her parents, Edward and Marie Redmond, as well as several siblings and loved ones who passed before her. We take comfort in knowing she is continuing her journey surrounded by those she loved.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at a later date.
