Juliana Carol Jackson

Juliana C. Jackson (Charen) also known as Julie, age 69, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

She was born May 23, 1955 to Ronald J. and Loraine (Belunas) Charen. in Detroit, Michigan. Juliana grew up in Warren, MI and graduated from Warren Mott High School in 1973. 

On July 18, 1975, Juliana married the love of her life, Anthony (Tony) Jackson at St. Louise de Marillac Catholic Church in Warren, Michigan. Their almost 50 years of marriage were a testament to their deep love and devotion to each other. Sweethearts forever. 

Juliana earned her certification for Medical Assisting from Carnegie Institute of Troy. She worked proudly as a Certified Medical Assistant for Henry Ford Health Systems in Royal Oak, Sterling Heights and Troy.

Juliana is survived by her devoted husband, Tony, three loving daughters, Nancy (Jim) Douglas, Christina (Jared) Sharbowski, and Heather (Chris) Robeson, and seven grandchildren, Taylre Griffiths,Clint Douglas, Christian, Kade and Mati Williamson, Anthony and Kaylee Sharbowski, father and step-mother Ronald and Lois Charen, siblings Ronald (Grace) Charen, Lori (Michael, deceased) Malfroid, Linda (David) Fox, and Cynthia Charen-Williams, siblings-in-laws, Daniel (Laurie) Jackson, and Linda (Roger) Stinson, and many cherished cousins, nieces and nephews. Juliana was predeceased by her mother, Loraine Charen.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and took pride in her family.

Juliana had a love of cooking and was a talented cake decorator. She adored her dogs. She is survived by her two puppies, Daisy and Lily. She is predeceased by her precious Yorkies, Kisses and Candy. Over the last several years she was known for her sparkly shoes, and got compliments on them everywhere she went. She always wanted to add just a touch of sparkle to everything around her. That sparkle will be missed.

Services will be held at St. Ephrem Catholic Church, 38900 Dodge Park Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312 on January 31, 2025 at 11am. Memorial luncheon to follow at The Gazebo of Warren, 31104 Mound Rd., Warren, Michigan 48092.
