Throughout his life, Lawrence was known for his gentle spirit and his passion for nurturing those around him. He cherished his role as a loving father to his daughters, Laura McDonald, Kimberly Burkhart, Jody Garza, and Candace Kelly, as well as his sons, Michael Meyers and Cody Meyers. Each of them carries forward the legacy of love and devotion that Lawrence instilled in their lives.

A talented guitarist, Lawrence found joy in the melodies he created, sharing his love for music with family and friends alike. Additionally, he had a great appreciation for the game of golf, often taking to the greens where he could connect with nature and enjoy the company of fellow golf enthusiasts. Despite his many interests, it was his family that remained at the forefront of his heart and mind. He dedicated himself to being a provider and a good person, a testament to his hardworking nature.

Lawrence is also survived by his sister, Nancy Meyers Romer, who shared many cherished memories with him throughout their lives.
