Lisa Marie Sides, a true gem of a human, was born on May 3, 1978, in the bustling town of Euclid, Ohio. She brightened the world until her passing on October 15, 2025, in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Anyone who knew Lisa can tell you she was the epitome of a hustler—always striving, always working, and always lighting up rooms with her infectious energy. She made a name for herself as a beloved waitress at Green Lantern, where loyal patrons quickly became friends and friends quickly became family. If there was ever a party, you could bet your bottom dollar Lisa was the life of it. With her rebellious spirit and unwavering kindness, she had an astonishing ability to care about everything and everyone around her.

Lisa's personality was lively and loving; she was the friend who'd laugh with you at your highest highs and support you through the lows without a hint of judgment—just pure empathy and understanding. As a mother, she brought the same radiant love to her daughters Keely Mae Elizabeth Sides and Emma Lynn Grace Sides, bringing joy into every moment they shared. She was not only a great and loving mom but also a fantastic daughter to her parents, Sharon Stone Cross (Charles) and Wayne Kraus.

She had a green thumb like no other and was always finding ways to bring the beauty of nature indoors. Whether it was the latest plant craze or her never-ending love for music, concert-going, and festival-hopping, Lisa was all about celebrating life.

Aside from her immediate family, she leaves behind her sister, Sheri (Kraus) Plyler, her loving partner, Steven Caloia, and all the cherished moments spent co-parenting alongside Josh and Jessica Sides. Let’s not forget her “cuzzie,” Melissa Shaver, her bonus daughter Taylyn Shaver, and her aunt Vicki Stone, along with uncles John Kraus (Deb) and Tom Kraus (Sally). Lisa's colorful life was filled with a bigger family of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a whole crew of close friends—she truly was loved by many!
