Matthew Roger Eberle

Matthew Roger Eberle, age 52, passed away on July 21, 2022. Matthew was born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in the suburb of Rochester. He was the son of the late Richard and Maryann Eberle and is preceded in death by his brother Michael and sister Mary.

He was a loving father and is survived by his two daughters Isabella and Madelyn, their mother Lisa and his siblings, James (Lilly) Eberle, Gini (James) Seguin, Judith (Michael) Delgado, and Melissa (Kevin) Ardelean.

Matthew was a 1988 graduate of Oxford High School and later attended Oakland Community College. Matthew had many interests in life, most centered around sports... specifically golfing and boating. His passion for golf led him to California where he worked as a golf professional at the Country Club of California in Whittier. While working at the country club he provided professional lessons and also managed the pro shop for nine years.

As much as Matthew loved California he longed to return home to Michigan. Matthew returned to Michigan in 1999 where he began a new career in Real Estate. He studied at the Middleton Training Center and eventually attained his real estate license and broker's license. Later he joined Fowler Real Estate in Royal Oak, where he worked for many years.

Matthew will always be remembered by others for his great sense of humor, his generosity, his compassion for others, but most of all his enduring love for his daughters.

A Memorial Mass for Matthew will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 11 am, at St. Mary's of the Hills Catholic Church in Rochester Hills. Matthew's family will receive guests at the church beginning at 10:30 am until the time of the Funeral Liturgy.
