Stanley Joseph Krzysik Jr.

Stanley J. Krzysik Jr., age 77 of Harrison Township, MI, passed away on March 31, 2023 in his home surrounded by family after battling several heart-related illnesses.

 

Stanley (Jr) was born on March 4, 1946 to Stanley Sr. and Victoria (nee: Sulkowski) Krzysik in Hamtramck, Mchigan, where he graduated from Saint Ladislaus High School. Following high school, he worked as an Engineer, drafting technical

plans for use by several industries. He then went on to explore professions in general sales in the magazine and home improvement sectors.

 

In 1971, Stan met Karen and went on to have two children, Jennifer and David. His dedication to his

children’s academics, sports and hobbies, and guidance in life exemplified his leadership. He was always present. He spent countless hours coaching hockey and baseball, while also designing and building ice show props, never letting anyone down.

 

In 2014, Stan retired and spent his time working on various projects at the house, which he designed

and entirely built, while in his early twenties. He also enjoyed spending time around the water, watching

his favorite local sports teams, and putting smiles on the faces of his friends and family with his quick-

witted sense of humor. “Have fun and do it while you can.”, was a mantra that he embraced and

encouraged others to follow. He was a kind, clever and thoughtful soul who will be missed by the many

lives he touched.

 

Stan was predeceased by his brothers, Edward Krzysik, Joseph Krzysik and Robert Krzysik. He is survived by his children, Jennifer and David, along with his siblings, Christine (Anthony) Tobolski, and Thomas (Tina) Krzysik. He is also survived by his grandsons, Jack and Max. Further survivors include many family and friends along with his nieces and nephews.

 

 He touched the hearts of so many.
