In Loving Memory of Thomas "Tommy" Sebastian Composto,

Thomas Sebastian Composto, age 79, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2026 after a long, hard fought battle with cancer.

Born on October 3, 1947, in Staten Island, New York, Tommy was the beloved son of the late Frank and Helen (Mezzano) Composto. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force before continuing his education at Lawrence Institute of Technology (now Lawrence Technological University).

Tommy was a devoted father and grandfather whose greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his loving children, Jennifer Stevenson and Anthony Composto, and his cherished grandchildren: Elena, Nick, Sophia, Marisa, and Giuliana Stevenson. As well as his brother, Richard (Alda) Composto, Helen Farley, and Dorothy Miranda as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby Composto and Eddie Composto, and his sister, Peggy Wessels.

A memorial service honoring Tommy’s life will be held on: Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026 11:00am-3:00pm Memorial: Lucido Park Building 52175 North Ave, Macomb, MI 48042 Casual attire is encouraged since that is the kind of guy he was Light refreshments will be served
